In vivo, placebo-controlled studies, the effect of avenanthramide (of different concentrations) on the skin irritated by histamine drops (10mg/ml) was explored and concluded that:

• Avenanthramide significantly reduces: redness, itching and the skin's surface affected by redness
• The efficacy of avenanthramide is dose-dependent

Zinc oxide cream

ZINC OXIDE - an additional ingredient for baby skin care in the diaper area. There is a protective function. It acts by creating a protective film on the skin and thus protects the skin from feces and urine irritants.

Body Milk and Face Cream

• PANTHENOL 2% - improves skin hydration and relieves itching
• SHEA BUTTER - has emollient effects 
• VITAMIN E – antioxidant 

Bath and shampoo

• PROTEOL OAT - mild, natural surface active substance; obtained from oats; does not irritate the skin, but has excellent foaming effects.
• DISODIUM COCOAMPHODIACETATE - mild, natural surface substance; obtained from fatty acids of coconut oil. 

Clinical studies have shown that natural surfactants, during the daily baby bath time, have no negative effect on normal skin, nor on dry, thickened and erythematous skin of babies.
